Second time reviewing this horrific establishment. Not sure why I decided it was a good idea to come here again. But, like last time, it was a huge mistake. It 's 9:00 in the morning. I pull up to the drive thru to order. I wait and wait and wait. I really want breakfast, but I only see their lunch menu up, so I have to guess what they have. Finally someone comes to take my order. I place my order, pull around, give them my credit card to pay, and get charged. A few minutes go by and then the cashier comes back to the window and tells me, sorry, we don 't have any food for breakfast or lunch. Um, excuse me?! You mean to tell me that you 've been open since 6am, you took my order, you charged my card, and you are just now figuring this out?! Have you not been paying attention to what 's happening in the kitchen? Are you not communicating with the kitchen? Don 't tell me after being open for 3 hours you haven 't figured this out. Then, the girl tells me that she cannot refund my card because there is no manager there? Again, WHAT?! Why isn 't there a manager on duty? Why would you change my card if you knew there was no food? This place is a hot mess.
Very lazy staff. Apparently regional manager has asked the location to be closed at 9:30 instead of 10 o’clock. Waited at the drive-through for seven minutes until I had to drive to the second window where and they told me they could not serve me because everything was shut down but then proceeded to tell me they had whoppers they could serve me. Just a location trying to close early before closing time
Whopper jr was smaller than I have ever seen! had the dressings, but was the patty and rolls were the size as a dollar menu item.
Through the drive thru and got a rodeo double cheeseburger (as rodeo burger single no cheese) with an 8 piece( had either sit all day or was deep roasted 2-3 times,) medium fry( had heated again in the fritends and a dry must fall behind the dry tub) and a large koks. the koks was the only successful part of my order with $12. the children have been happy that I didn't check my food because I would have cooked it again or got my money back. the girl and the cook must be fired. that I'll be happy if I don't get sick from that sandwich because it's the only thing that is edible I ordered. thank you burger king
