We ordered in store and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. After waiting around for 50 minutes, the food showed up with no apology or explanation. They realised they had forgotten part of the order, I said I didn't want to wait any longer so I'd like the money back instead. A few months ago, we had a subpar pizza at this restaurant and gave them feedback. However, after ordering pizza from them several more times, we've noticed a significant improvement in the quality. Keep up the good work!

This restaurant easily outshines Domino's with its larger portion sizes and more affordable prices. It's always bustling with customers.
I love this place! You can't beat a delicious pizza from The Pizza Base.
I have to say that I couldn't find any faults with the takeout or delivery service of this restaurant in the past week. The food was really delicious and much cheaper than the big chain delivery places. Plus, it was perfect for enjoying while decorating at home.
