I have been a few times after walks with my friends for a quick lunch and have been most impressed with quality of the food available, especially the homeade soup which is outstanding. The lady that makes the soup really should consider making it available in the shop to take home!

The prices were... read more I went to this restaurant on 17/09 with two friends and a dog, and I was immediately impressed by the wide variety of food and cakes available. The prices were incredibly reasonable as well! As a vegan, I ordered a jacket potato with baked beans, which came with a delicious, large salad. I was even able to have vegan cheese on the beans! Along with a pot of tea, the total bill came to less than £10, which was amazing! The meal was absolutely delicious and the tea even came with soya milk, which was a nice extra touch. The staff were excellent, very patient and friendly. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, as well as a little shop. I will definitely be returning in the future.
