Tandoori Nights - Arun

Visited the tandori nights with my three children and wife and we were served one of the best Indian meals we have ever eaten, it was simply amazing. my children had the Shashlik lamp apron, my wife had the garlic chilli huhn and I had king prawn court and all were amazing wonderful and thank you.

Eat cold service indifferent acting as if they would do you like

Have used this restaurant regularly in the past and was very happy, but this evening was another story. the meal was not very hot at all and when we said the personal (who could I add were dressed in slider, socks and sweater? seemed not interested at all and told us in the ground that we were wrong as it had been kept warm on hot plates in the kitchen. no offer of apology or confirmation, then when the attempt to pay was told only cash money, and not at every point in the booking we were recommended to be this, and so were not prepared for it. not a good opportunity to spend the birthday of my mother will not come back! oh and it seemed that the people on another table were not happy from any reason.

First time here for a takeaway recently. Staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was amazing, will definitely be returning soon.

Poor customer service, lack of empathy after a 45 minute wait for my food, Luke warm when it arrived, son of owner blamed driver, not her fault, son doesn’t think there was a problem other than saying mistakes happen, I would advise people to avoid this poor service restaurant/takeaway
