Kuzu tandir is a slowly cooked lamb dish with a delightful sweet seasoning. This delicious kuzu tandir is prepared for a long time in its own juices, enhanced with sweet flavors, and is served with basmati rice and sautéed vegetables. It's utterly delicious.
