We decided to dine at this restaurant for dinner, and it was quite crowded inside and outside. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was good and the food was as delicious as always. View all feedback.
What Brady02 doesn't like about Mcdonald's Restaurants:
I couldn’t order ice cream from the counter had to order it on the machine and select x where you pay by card. Then you go to the counter and pay for the ice cream. I wonder if this is too all McDonald’s world wide? View all feedback.
I hope this is read by a manager of Principle Restaurants Ltd, the McDonalds franchisee for this particular Mcdonald 's. I visited on 28th May, paying for my food at 20:47, and eating in. My food turned up more or less cold, chucked together and with approximately 12 Rich Tomato dips, not the single dip I ordered. These were chucked onto the service tray, all part of the general messing about that was going on at the time. Grumpy, indifferent customer service, with groups of your employees stood around doing absolutely nothing. I hope a manager gets down there and redirects the team. It may have been a one-off occurrence but if I was paying out the salaries I would want a far more engaged and productive team. Fair play and thanks to 'Max ' who was super helpful and also seemed to be one of very few getting on with his duties.

The food is OK but I payed £6 for a chicken burger meal and when I got home I checked and they had only given me a drink and chips
The food was served cold and the service was lacking. I am considering finding a new restaurant to dine at instead of continuing to come here.
The majority of the staff at this restaurant are simply terrible. While there are a couple of exceptions, most of the staff are rude, slow, and spend more time chatting among themselves or engaging in foolish conversations. Today, four of the younger staff members spent about five minutes whispering and giggling, glaring at you openly, making it very apparent that they were talking about you. After leaving you waiting for around 10 minutes without any service, they had the audacity to ask to be served, all the while giggling and whispering. It seems that basic manners are not a requirement for working there. Additionally, if you ask for something to be removed from your order, such as a pickle, you can bet that you will end up with double the amount. Finally, the hygiene of some of the staff leaves much to be desired.
