the name really matches the experience; as a good place to eat and drink something while changing between trains to achieve more goals. a huge selection of food, drinks and even sweets. I showed my cries here. View all feedback.
What Alex B doesn't like about Interchange Cafe:
Woman serving was rude and had bad hearing. Asked for a veggie sausage roll and was given a meat one. Only found out after buying into it. Not exactly a destination cafe, but if you are stopping here don't go. Wait until you reach your destination and buy something from there instead. View all feedback.
I recently had a delightful, albeit short, visit to the cafe. It was my first time there and I simply wanted a quick snack and coffee. The woman working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was exactly what I needed.
This charming railway buffet/cafe offers delicious, honest food. They have a variety of hot food options like baguettes, burgers, hot dogs, and sausage rolls, as well as hot and cold drinks, including incredibly tasty milkshakes made with ice cream. The service is consistently friendly and inviting, making it worth stopping by even if just to break up a journey. A definite must-visit if you're in Barnham.
Burnham station has a convenient, independently-run station buffet, of the sort you don't see a lot of in the era of Pumpkin Café Shop and Upper Crust, offering respectable value for money.
This café is a charming hidden gem. The inviting aroma of bacon caught my attention and I was delighted with the delicious bacon sandwich and coffee, all at very affordable prices. Be sure to admire the stunning original floor from the 1880s - it's a beautiful work of art that I regret not capturing in a photo.
The barnham Rail station is a architectural gem with cast iron construction from the 1860s. Notice how the rain is led down through the center of the cast iron columns. The cafe on between platforms is an oasis for weary travelers. Toilets available on the platforms. Hot and cold food and drinks available. BarnhAm is on the spur line to Bognor Regis so this is a great place if you need to change. I had a bacon bap. There is a another kiosk for refreshments on the eastbound platform. I’m not sure if they are related
