Service was very friendly if a tad slow but it was Arundel Festival time and very busy. The attached deli is well worth a visit too, Enjoy!

After reading about Gaskyn's on this site, we decided to give it... read more We were searching for a cafe that would accommodate two thirsty travelers and their large dogs. After reading about Gaskyn's on this site, we decided to give it a try. The greeting we received was warm and genuine. The two female staff members were incredibly welcoming and showed a genuine interest in our furry companions. They offered us the option to sit inside or in the walled garden/yard at the back, allowing our dogs to roam freely while we relaxed. The owner even stopped by for a chat. We enjoyed cake, a toasted sandwich, and teas and hot chocolate, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The experience was so enjoyable that we ended up taking some cakes home for dessert later that evening.
