What a great find...such lovely people and good food. my first review as i am so pleased with myself for finding somewhere toddler, work, parking friendly and what bonus...gluten and dairy free cake choices. that, at my time of life, is heaven!
Nice warm atmosphere including a small secluded garden area. Good varied interesting menu giving plenty of choice. Service was very friendly if a tad slow but it was Arundel Festival time and very busy. The attached deli is well worth a visit too, Enjoy!
Great place for good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. One came round and offered us newspapers. Comfortable couches and free wifi. Homemade cakes look a real treat, going to have some next time. An attached store has gourmet foods and goods to take out.
Coffee the best in arundel but the service was so slow the ,there were two staff just standing around doing nothing 5£for a bacon sandwich very expensive and very fatty would not recommend it won't go there again
We were searching for a cafe that would accommodate two thirsty travelers and their large dogs. After reading about Gaskyn's on this site, we decided to give it a try. The greeting we received was warm and genuine. The two female staff members were incredibly welcoming and showed a genuine interest in our furry companions. They offered us the option to sit inside or in the walled garden/yard at the back, allowing our dogs to roam freely while we relaxed. The owner even stopped by for a chat. We enjoyed cake, a toasted sandwich, and teas and hot chocolate, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The experience was so enjoyable that we ended up taking some cakes home for dessert later that evening.
