What Vicky C doesn't like about Favourite Pizza:
We have ordered from this restaurant twice now, and both times our order was incorrect. When we asked for a refund, we received a very rude phone call from them. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake, blaming us for misreading our own pizza order. The customer service was terrible and we will never order from them again. I was disappointed for a while and reading the other reviews so were alot of people. But we're moving house and everything is packed so the last few days have to be take aways. So we thought we'd have another try here. Best one they've ever delivered. The pizza was fresh with lashings of tomato sauce and cheese. The chips golden and crispy. All tasted amazing.
