based on some of the reviews I went for the polnta and scallops. it was good, but I would try something else right away. I started with the beating burrata that was fantastic. I informed the waitress that I was gf and she said my meal was safe when she leaves the brot from the burrata. Plenty of gf options including steak , fish . Salads and more. Great service and they were very aware of cross contamination issues. I definitely feel the Hyatt makes the servers understand the serious of communicating with the kitchen as our server came back a few times to clarify what the chef was telling him about certain dishes. Also great ambiance by the lagoon with black swans and turtles right next to the tables.
The restaurant is located at the Hyatt. It was fine. They knew of gluten and cross contamination. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. All good.
Came here with my family. Even the kids menu was marked gluten free. Daughter had chicken tenders and French fries, husband had seared tuna with rissoto, risotto, and I had the red snapper and grilled prawn. Excellent and staff was help.
Based off some of the reviews I went for the polenta and scallops. It was good but I definitely would try something else next time. I started with the whipped burrata which was fantastic. I informed the waitress that I was GF and she said my meal was safe if she leaves the bread off of the burrata. (Which I did) This restaurant is in the Hyatt and being a mainstream hotel they were definitely familiar with gluten free and the proper precautions. When it came to dessert they told me the flourless chocolate cake was the only gluten free option, but let’s be honest, who would say no to that! It was warm and like a chocolate lava cake. If you go, make sure you save room for dessert!!
Excellent. Came here for both breakfast and dinner. You think there’s nothing safe at the breakfast buffet (except for the omelets) but when you’re seated, you ask for the manager and he happily brings you anything and everything. Toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, you name it. He promised there’s a separate gf waffle iron in the kitchen. I liked the look of the breakfast potatoes and he got some for me from a fresh batch in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination at the buffet. Couldn’t ask for better service or more knowledge.
