Bikaner - Artist Village

It was Saturday morning and I had reached Kharghar by train to participate in a CSR activity at St Jude Child Care Center. I had walked down the main road from railway station towards Utsav Chowk via Little World Mall(had stopped here) when I found this Bikaner sweets & snacks outlet on a crossing close to Utsav Chowk. Different varieties of dry fruit sweets are available here along with wide variety of farshan and other standard items like rasogolla, gulabjamun,kalajamun,samosa,kachori,jalebis etc. I had tried Bengali sweet kheerkodom which was fresh & yummy along with hot samosas and I was left craving for more. I was looking for lassi also but same was not available.

I love bikaner for the fast food and snacks. Nothing very healthy but definitely appetizing. I love the lassi here, especially the mango lassi. Also the khandvi dish which is really nice to taste and very soft to eat. The dholkas here are also very tasty.

Rates are cheap but the quality is not compromised.Eated Sandwich,Frankie here and the quality was good.Lassi was the best with dry fruits in it.

It's basically a sweet shop but they also serve chaats, pav bhaji, sandwiches, franky etc....Food is good...service is also good....cheap in rates....its actually a kind of street food but neat and clean....there are no table and chairs you have to stand and eat but it's a good experience.....During weekends place is bit crowded....but you can enjoy with family and friends.....

Had some snacks on way to home. Nice snacks. Had a lot of variety of sweets and snacks. samosa was good and sandwich was nice. Rates are also less.
