I really love their food! When I first moved to Arthur, they weren't at their best, but they've improved significantly since then. The only issue I've encounter... read more I really love their food! When I first moved to Arthur, they weren't at their best, but they've improved significantly since then. The only issue I've encountered was with a lady who answered the phone a couple of times. She seemed to hear me perfectly until I mentioned my name, and suddenly she had trouble understanding me. I initially thought it was just a bad connection. However, I experienced the same issue with her on two more occasions—everything was fine until I said my name, and then she again couldn't hear me or transfer me to someone else. I'm not sure if she just didn't like me or if she simply didn't want to do her job. Regardless, I still love their food and will always choose to eat here. I'll give their delivery another chance.

They dont wear hats, nor gloves, didnt see them wash their hands once they had a baby in the kitchen, an 11 year old working, they store food on top of the ice they serve to customers. Their was also a chunk of food in my sweet tea!!! Their health code certification was expired. The women's bathroom was out of order so I had to use the mens room and the door didn't lock.
