Day or night, this is an amazing teahouse. Large selection of teas, snacks, and full meals if you're hungry. Since it's open late I like to stop here after an evening movie at the Cerritos Mall, especially since they customize the sweetness levels of your choice. My two favorites are 1/4 sweetness Honeydew Melon Tea (hot) and 1/3 sweetness Taro Tea (hot). View all feedback.
What A L doesn't like about Tea Station:
Table service was horrible and slow. Server didn't take orders with a notepad, and of course proceeded to forget multiple items. Not a single direct glance in our table's direction for our entire time there, needed to do some emphatic waving or leave our seats to get physically in front of them to get their attention. We weren't even impolite in the slightest, and the time we came in was not busy. They sure were fast... View all feedback.

This place is consistent. It’s consistent for being slow or forgetful. Some of the servers are really good but the newbies don’t get much training and I pin it on corporate. Not enough resources to serve the customers and it’s a long wait. I have to admit the food is consistent. I order the same thing all the time and tastes same every time. This isn’t the only tea house in town but the way it’s brewed is fairly unique
I will probably not come back here. It took 20 minutes for us to receive our drink order. I understand that they have to serve their sit down customers, but 20 minutes wait is excessive. They were not that busy The drink quality was good, but not worth the hassle. We went here because of the accessibility of the location. Next time we will go to cha2o next door with better service.
They had a very extensive menu which all looked good, but because we were there 20 minutes before they closed, they told us we would be limited to only ice tea options. Then they were out of my first one choice. I would definitely go back to try more of their menu but this first experience was rather disappointing.
I have to say their Beef Wonton soup is very tasty. Waiter and waitress were very cordial. It 's the Manager that I was not pleased with at all. Being that it was the first time at this place, I walked to the counter and asked about the teas. I decided for the soup and when I said it was for here, the manager rushed me out of the line because their was ONE person behind me. I asked the waitress about his attitude and she said he 's always cranky . He seems to be a very nervous individual, pacing ban and forth biting his thumb nail and he does NOT wash his hands to make drinks... By the way, he is super rude to the staff, too! Honestly... I will not be coming back. Good food and good customer service come hand in hand. If you can 't have both, you can 't have my business!
