L.a. Brisket - Artesia

My first time went here and boy gave them a great impression! I ordered the Brisket Bowl and you can see the marble in the flesh. It melted like me. The sweet potato tastes exactly what it looks like. Delicious! Last but not least her elephants, it was packed with all these flavors and they were good, but I would rather not lol the lime juice. Would recommend 10/10:

Wow! I ordered the loaded Brisket fries a side of garlic rice (total $20), I was pleasantly surprised, it was all so delicious! A bit salty as you might expect, but SO delicious! I just wish they had gluten-free bread so I could taste the sandwiches. I'm glad to try the truffles!

Real beef. Real ingredients. A little pricy for what you get. I had the 405 and the 101 and the taste is actually only average. They give you a lot of beef, but I feel like an example where less is. The sandwich would have been tastier with less beef and bread ratio and at a cheaper price. Beautiful fruit tea drinks. Blackberry ice tea was nice.

With a proposal broke in. This was our first time here, based on the reviews for this business. There was a line for ordering and online with the people was eating out. We ordered a brisket sandwich, loaded fried and pull pork with rice. The rice and the French fritted in order and were no special, my sandwich was a little different Cuz it was loaded with meat and was well made with the taste. They looked like they used a lot of butter on it because it was wet. Overall, I would give the B- for the taste of food, an A for services and good practices in the social protocol. Prices wise, it was a little high, but understandable with situations at this level, the shops need to do more for survival. I could come back to support, above all, the local companies that needed our support for survival.

Very impressed with the way they are handling the pandemic and the way it's easy to order and pick up.. The taste so far is pretty good. I am impressed most and likely might visit them again.
