Menu

Here you will find the menu of Everspring in Artesia. Currently there are 138 meals and beverages on the menu.

This restaurant offers a varied experience that leaves diners divided. While some appreciate the attentive service and highlight dishes like the Chinese chicken, others lament the lack of menu options and the perceived low quality of ingredients. Many have found the buffet lacking freshness, with several reviewers criticizing specific entrees for their blandness or unappetizing taste. Pricing has also drawn scrutiny, with some feeling it doesn't match the food quality. Yet, for those who enjoy classic dishes served in a quaint, family-run setting, it could still be a worthwhile stop for a casual meal.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal at a great price with top-notch service. The orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken were especially tasty, along with the crispy French fries. The Kung Pao Triple Delight, Chinese chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken were also excellent choices. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were very attentive. View all feedback.

What Emerald Perry dislikes about Everspring:
I have never seen an Asian ran business screw up fried rice like that in my life. White rice+ MSG+ the smallest bits of scrambled egg ≠ FRIED RICE! There was no soy sauce or effort to fry it at all. Everything was served on Styrofoam plates, why? The Bewf lo mein was made spaghetti noodles, which wouldnt have been bad, 1if the beef wasn't half spoiled. This place is not worth it for $35 for two plates. Service: Dine... View all feedback.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it will also be my last. There wasn't a lot of menu options to choose from. The food was dry and tough, with a stale taste. Surprisingly, the noodles tasted better cold. Overall, not worth the high price. The restaurant could use some improvement in both the food quality and service. I would rate the food a 1, service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

Gross!!!! Buffet was closed, ordered from menu, sweet and sour chicken was deep fried with some kind of Karo syrup and a sour pickle in the disgusting sauce, rice tasted funny. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order the supposed sweet and sour chicken unless you want to pay over $13.00 and have it served on a Styrofoam plate!!!!! My husband and I complained when we paid and the waitress acted like she didn't understand what I was saying when I told her the food was the worst we had ever eaten. Totally gross, don't pay almost $40.00 for a really bad meal. Gave 1 star so I could leave this review. Will never go back even if buffet is open.

Little no food option the chicken was so dry and hard you could break a window with it. Only thing good was the rice. Advice to keep on driving somewhere else to eat! Not worth 40 bucks for two people! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
