Personally, I did not enjoy the experience of not being able to eat my food due to how hot my food was at this particular restaurant. They do offer small bowls on the side for you to be able to serve yourself, but the tables are tiny and the stoveyour food comes in takes most of the space at the tables. The portions served are small for those with a big appetite. I orderedcurry and I asked for no spice, but it came served with mild hot sauce. The best thing I had was the collagen passion fruitjelly. This restaurant is not for big groups such as four people or more it seems. The facility is maintained clean. Theambience is loud. I don?t think I?d come back here to this hot pot place, but you might like it if you?re willing to give thisrestaurant a try.

If I can leave an minus 0 star, I would. Very poor costumer service, poor costumer traffic flow, this is my first time coming to this brunch boiling point and the last. Go to another brunch, this is not worth the wait. 1:30hr wait for just a bowl of soup?No thanks.

I forgot the servers name, but he was very helpful in my decision making. He mentioned that 2 of the menu items are like HOT SPICY SPICY. And steared clear of those 2 dishes. I got the one like Tom yum (tomato one) and it was delicious ???? ???? ????

My parents live in the area and have frequented this restaurant many times, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. The waitress with a pouty lip who took our order had a lot of attitude. I understand that it was a busy day and my Asian father may have rushed her to take our order, but I have already spoken to him about it. If you want to roll your eyes, at least have the courtesy to do it behind our backs. She left without asking for our drink order. I don't even want to leave a tip, but there are other servers who are very friendly to us. The food is typical of Boiling Point - hearty, with delicious sauces - but you can find better service at other Boiling Point locations.

The restaurant is always overcrowded, resulting in poor service. There are many similar hot pot restaurants in the area, making it not worth the long wait. Despite available seating, customers are forced to wait in line outside, even in bad weather. The miso soup is overly salty and lacking in flavor. The service is subpar due to the busyness of the restaurant, leading to long wait times and lack of assistance with ordering. There are several other hot pot options nearby that offer similar quality. The prices have increased, making it more expensive, and the portion sizes have grown too large for some customers. It may not be necessary to dine at this establishment.
