We made a reservation for dinner on September 14th, but upon arrival, we found the restaurant closed without any prior notification, whether by text or call. We understand the challenges of staff shortages, especially after COVID, and would have been more than willing to reschedule if we had been informed. The worst customer service. I booked a table at 8pm. They asked me waiting 5 min outside. It ended up waiting 40min. Meanwhile a couple Walked in and sat down the table. They didn't say anything to them and allowed to sit down. They didn't even apologize to us abt that ridiculous situation. They don't think customers are valued. Just they think customers are annoying.
Chef's Japanese cuisine. Delicious panze food macez feels to me.
Casual Japanese food. reasonable price and ok on food quality.
Beautiful neighboring Japanese izakaya, which is not very expensive, but good quality. recommended dishes octopus sashimi .more
