Evening meal at 2, arrival at 8:30 p.m. No problem, received with a smile. Very good cuisine, fresh and quality products. A chef who moves around the room after his service at each table. A very nice waiter who even offered to open the shop for us after our meal in order to find out about some of the products they work with. They know how to highlight local products on the menu and talk about them (Augny cannery, Vezon jams, Vaux wines, meat from Noël and others depending on the season, Gravelotte syrup, etc. .
