When we go to this restaurant, we like to take our time, calm, stress free. Parking in front of the restaurant it is upstairs. I point out that I am not paid by the restaurant to rent them, that I have no relationship with the restaurant members. We became very pointed when we went out to the restaurant, especially for presentations, cooking and especially desserts. price levels, the menu at 27€ with a value of 5/5; another nearby restaurant will offer you a liver duck, a wind flight served at the ladle and three ice balls! the black point is that the ear mouth works for the bow and that it becomes mandatory to reserve to have a table. there are good restaurants; This one is much higher.

Nous espérions revivre la belle expérience de l'année dernière, mais c'est tout le contraire ! Nous prenons un apéritif, mais rien pour l'accompagner ! Nous optons pour le menu dégustation à 60€ ! Aucun amuse-bouche ! Le foie gras poêlé est fade. Le risotto aux Saint-Jacques baigne dans une sauce liquide ! Le filet de bœuf n'était pas tendre. Celui-ci a été changé. L'autre assiette était meilleure mais avec la même sauce hyper liquide sans aucun caractère où il fallait compter les morilles découpées en morceaux ! Le gratin dauphinois baignait aussi dans une sauce au lait très liquide ! Par contre, les desserts étaient parfaits ! Quant aux vins, le choix des rosés est limité à deux variétés. Nous en choisissons un qui, malheureusement, est épuisé ! Bien évidemment, on ne nous proposera pas l'autre au même prix ! Parlons des prix, ils sont exorbitants ! Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience d'autant qu'aucun geste n'a été fait alors que nous avons fait part, en détail, de notre déception ! C'est vraiment navrant !

Une des meilleures tables de Metz à mon avis !! J'ai pris un menu dégustation et tout était excellent, les plats sont succulents, la présentation est magnifique ! L'accueil très sympathique et le cadre agréable, rien à redire... Franchement ce fut une découverte surprenante pour moi donc je conseille vivement cette adresse si vous voulez partager un très bon moment autour d'un repas. Le trajet jusqu'à Ars-sur-Moselle mérite ce déplacement !

We discovered this place on Sunday a meal I reserved for the baptisms of my daughters. A meal at the top, an irreproachable service, a piece just beautiful and excellent climb made by the chef. The chief comes to the room to find out if this is all right. Really to the little care!Very nice discovery hate to go back to spend another great time.BRAVO!!!
