we were woven with eating on this place. I can't believe they're so humble! we have two of the burritos (the burrito and the gaucho) and both were so tasteful and clean ingredients. also bought a beet juice and kakaoglätte and both were 10/10. we can't expect to come back here. if they are looking for a place near taos, stop them here! I spoke to natives and read a dozen menus and all this led us here. View all feedback.
What Lisa Roberts doesn't like about The Wake Take:
1. Dragon smoothie was Incredible!!!!!! 2. Avocado toast- to die for!!! 3. Loved the Hot Yoga pressed juice! 4. Decaf mocha coffee... rancid!!! Tasted like hot water bitter dark chocolate, that?s it. The counter girl had attitude and initially refused to exchange. Disappointing! The last few coffees I had from Wake Take were good the workers friendly. Fire the girl? blondish hair eyeglasses. Worked today Sat. June 11th 11:30am.
Looking for a relaxed environment that serves amazing food with quality ingredients? This place is just what you are looking for! The prices are fair and the portions are just right! The menu is not your normal go to, which is a huge plus, the mad scientist(s that cooked up this menu deserves a round of applause : As a frequent road tripper I appreciate being able to find gems such as this one, totally gives my road trips another exciting element to look forward to!
Sooooo yummy! I got one of the wraps. I forgot which one but it had quinoa, broccoli, kale, and avocado with this INCREDIBLE sauce. 13/10. Will go back again. ????????????????
Really fresh and delicious burrito that was perfect for the meal of the day. White beans, tempeh bacon and more warm crisp bits made me so happy. Great iced coffee and nice folks plus picnic on the lawn tables.

The Wake and Take?s food is delicious ? the dishes are well thought out in proportion and flavor. This place is special and major go-to ? there?s nothing you can order here that doesn?t hit the spot. Healthy, filling, and delicious . There is indoor and outdoor seating , the space is clean and child-friendly . Everyone who works here brings something special to the table and I am always made better by interacting with staff here ? This spot is filled with a lot of love and intention and it shows ! Thank you Wake and Take for bringing your health and happiness to Arroyo Seco !
