What To the moon doesn't like about La Casa Emma Lounge:
Staff at the entrance to the pub are extremely aggressive, you are treated as if you are begging for a free place when you are paying a fortune. And making an appointment by telephone is absolutely useless anyway, we make you wait for hours standing up just in case a table becomes available. Service: 1 View all feedback.

First of all I must say that the atmosphere inside the restaurant was really pleasant, the music was tasteful, the decoration was neat and the general atmosphere was friendly. But my evening was ruined by the unacceptable behavior of the hostess. I had reserved a table for 8 people at 11 p.m., but when we arrived, we were told that there was no reservation for us. name. The hostess showed no sign of wanting to resolve the problem she was rude and treated us with a clear lack of respect. We also had interactions with the bouncers who were equally unpleasant; their behavior was far from professional and they seemed more interested in imposing their authority than providing quality service. Despite these disappointing interactions, the rest of the staff inside were friendly and attentive. I would not recommend this venue unless you are willing to risk poor reception. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their customer service and hospitality, as this could be a great place if these issues were resolved.
