Since moving to Arosa in May 2015, I have walked by Provisorium many times. Their outside lounge area looks cool and seems popular I even visited their homepage at some point which showed an equally attractive interior. Having looked for a nice place to...enjoy a coffee with my wife we finally visited the terrace last Sunday. After some minutes of waiting, we walked to the bar as we weren 't sure that they had a wait staff. The waitress apologised for not having seen us. We ordered a cappuccino and latte macchiato. We were told they only have cafe creme, and ordered two. They arrived shortly afterwards, however my wife couldn 't drink hers as hers tasted burned (her taste buds are far superior to mine). We left shortly afterwards and crossed it off our list of potential coffee places. It seems, that for a different clientele the place offers a far better experience.

Small and familiar hotel.great breakfast buffet.very friendly staff!rooms are cosy and clean.we will be back soon!

Dear Provisorium Team Thank you all for a wonderful party last night. Every year you always make us so welcome. The food was fab too. You have a great team on board. Thanks a million. Yves & Carole and boys

The are not that many places around the town or the lake which have an outdoor terrace where you can just enjoy a beer and the view, so we were glad when we found this one. They also serve Scheider Weiss Weizen which is one of my favourite wheat beers. Not the cheapest round of drinks even for Switzerland, but a nice spot.
