Rooms are cozy and tidy... read more Hotelier is great and very engaged, he organized everything very impressively well for us, despite covid measures in place, e.g. dining. Rooms are cozy and tidy with a great view. However, staff is quite rude unfortunatly, many discussions for in my view rather minor issues, e.g. staying a couple of minutes late after closing of the buffet, asking for a cup of tea outside of buffet hours, etc. rather uncommon hotel experience, in particular considering prices. Staff seems nervous and unflexible, surprisingly lots of interdiction signs which may prove the point e.g. sign at the very main entrance: do not leave your skis or they may be just removed to the street ! kind of like in school camp. At last, this may not make you feel very welcome and puts Arosa in a rather bad light. December 2020
