Wow… great little find…. Food was delicious…. I’m vegan so finding this restaurant with a few vegan options was exciting. Always visited this restaurant but it was obvious that it has exchanged hands! The waiter that took our order was short tempered with an aggressive temperament and had no interest at all. When the food arrived it was just awful, the soup was like a watered vegetable packet mix, all the meals were bland with no presentation. Después de probar algunos otros restaurantes frente a la playa, el Restaurante Vista Sur fue una agradable sorpresa. Hemos tenido la oportunidad, en varias ocasiones, de dar una excelente opinión sobre la bondad de la cocina y sobre la agradable presentación de los platos: desde el aguacate con camarones hasta la paella de pescado, desde la pizza con pimientos hasta la cernia de Bilbaina, hasta el spaghetti al marisco (que los italianos somos particularmente exigentes). ambiente informal e impretente pero cómodo. Bienvenido más que amable, gracias también al incansable Antonio, doc canario que te hace sentir entre amigos. definitivamente más que precios aceptables: cenamos con un coste medio de 25 € por cabeza (antipasto, plato principal, bruschettina, postre, agua y copa de vino). Definitivamente volveremos.
La comida es espectacular. ¡No sabía que tenían comida mexicana y fue una novedad! Los burritos y nachos estaban deliciosos, la atención fue muy buena. ¡Volveré!
I recently spent 2 weeks in Tenerife as a solo visitor and probably ate here for half those nights. I feel I must have been in a different restaurant to the previous reviewer as I found the staff to always be extremely pleasant and helpful. I usually chose from the main menu rather than the 3 course and found the meals to be good and great value. I also saw returning customers in the times I visited which is a good sign. I particularly enjoyed the fish dishes, pork fillet and the meat skewer was lovely. I would definitely return if I go back to Tenerife.
A lovely restaurant with cabaret singer singing easy listening songs. Three courses for €11.99 you can’t beat it. Jose and Nino are very attentive and splendid hosts and Hamcell is a very good singer. Second time in a week we have been here . Definitely worth a visit.
