Tenerife Wok - Arona

Walked past this resturant during the day and enticed by the order style buffet menu. Read reviews before going but decided to give it a try anyway. Resturant based on 1st floor but easy access to lift as we had a baby in a pushchair. Bit of confusion when arriving in the actual restaurant as no staff in sight which unfortunately became a bit of a theme throughout the meal. Eventually a staff member showed us to a table and although there was a slight language barrier he was very nice and accommodating. In terms of cleanliness the tables were acceptable but not great, and the high chair that was bought for our baby to use still had left over food in it and was visibly dirty. The service was slow and we did have to go find someone a few times. We also noticed another table leaving after waiting a while for their drinks. The restaurant wasn’t busy but there was only 2 waiters running around. The food was variable, some dishes were great but others not so. None of the dishes looked particularly appealing but we were pleasantly surprised when we tasted them. It cost €47.40 for 2 adults, 3 cokes and 1 Dorada (bottle), they didn’t charge us for our baby, although he is only 8months but was eating the food. They did add €1 x 2 ‘service’ charge onto the bill which we can only assume that’s because we had two rounds of food. The female toilets were again acceptable but not great. They could have done with a clean, we are unable to comment on the male toilets. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere, it was very quiet and the decor was very dated and run down inside. We didn’t leave the restaurant disappointed, the food was good for the price but we would be very unlikely to visit again.

I had a fantastic experience at Wok Tenerife last year with my son. The menu's photo feature made ordering a breeze, offering a variety from steak to sushi, cake to nuggets—all with original soy sauce. Table Service Buffet but a Quick table service and the option to pick up sushi from the counter enhanced the overall dining experience. I'm looking forward to visiting again this year, hoping for the same excellent standards. If anyone has any recommendations of a Chinese or Indian buffet around the area, please let me know

Quality not good tried this buffet with the family.You order what you want then they bring it to you.Starters were ok soup and chicken wings.The main courses were really poor quality too watery and not enough meat.

I have eaten many dishes of faith, the ratio of price and quality are good, it is a unique payment and you can get whatever you want from the menu.

They can improve the quality of the food a little more, expected something better when I asked. good attention from the employees. they need to improve in the knowledge about the letter.
