A waiter came over and he did not speak English, fair enough, I think he was just sent as a token as the service was exceptionally slow. We ordered our food and drinks and eventually they came but they are definitely under staffed. When the food came it was amazing, we both really enjoyed our meals, so much so that we returned the next evening. Sometimes really good food is worth the wait and I suppose because we knew they were slow, we just accepted it. We think it may have been the female owner that came out and took our order the second evening. Whilst we were waiting she came out and screamed so loudly at the elderly waiter, I thought he was going to have a heart attack. He was visibly distraught, panicking and not sure what to do, pacing back and forth trying to decide what to do next. When our food came out, again it was really good, I had paella and I expected to wait for it as it is cooked fresh to order. Despite the owners inappropriate bullying of what seemed to be the only waiter that did any work, we came again and had lunch on the day we were flying home. I was concerned we could miss the coach if we did not get there early enough to be served but it was fine. Again the meal was really good and if we come back to Tenerife we will come here again!!
