Yum amazing food and service fresh fish offered on. A platter to choose from, once I picked my fish I was offered various wats for it to be offered to me pan fried, baked, grilled, baked in sea salt truly delicious. Mixed grilled vegetables with a thick slice of grilled cheese. Sea bass, with potato’s absolutely mouthwatering. Finale, home made tiramisu. Read the reviews on here and fancied an Italian whilst on holiday in Galettas. Lovely restaurant, professional friendly staff and a nice wine list. Ordered lasagne, with bruschetta garlic bread, with tiramisu for dessert. The portion of lasagne was small but was absolutely stunning. So disappointed. Been coming here every year for the last 16 years and the food has always been in Incredible. Even after changing of hands from the original owners. We visited for the first time since the beginning of 2020 to find out it had changed hands again but unfortunately this time for the worst. We had pizza to share as a starter and cannot fault that at all. It was delicious but 2 of us ordered seafood pasta for main and it was awful, couldn’t eat it, the colour was fowl. The menu is exactly the same but quite a few things were unavailable. No atmosphere inside, we were the only table inside of what used to be a very busy restaurant. Cannot fault the service though, the waitress we had was very nice. Won’t be going back again and it’s a shame as it was the highlight of the holiday going here
Perfect food, nice hosts and a beautiful quite place. I'll be back, for sure. I can recommend this place to anyone.
My wife and I, an Irish couple, had two beautiful meals here. We came for dinner two nights ago. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We ate here again tonight with a similar experience. We intend to return before our holiday ends
We found this place after being rudely turned away from Smith's bistro. Glad we did as the meal was fantastic. We were 2 couples so we ordered a carafe of white and red then shared the bruschetta and roasted vegetableswith cheese starter. Both perfect. Now for the main coarse. We all went for the fillet steak, 2 with the organic mushroom sauce and 2 with a blue cheese sauce. In my wife's words The best steak she had ever tasted. It literally just pulled apart yet maintained the moist pink inside (medium rare)with a small amount of blood obvs. They came with more roasted veg. Far too full up for dessert so can't comment. The staff were really professional and attentive and could not have picked a better place and very good value for money, just over €100(UP YOURS SMITH'S) will definitely go again when I'm in the area

The wine and dessert where great but this meal was let down by inedible garlic bread? I nearly broke my teeth on the bread and was seriously too hard to bite. Awful, and it was a shame because if this had been sorted (and the portions larger) it would have been 5* I make my own garlic bread at home it's not rocket science! A very confusing place
