What User doesn't like about Coconut Joe's:
Sat down to have a drink, no one came over so my husband went to the bar and was given a menu and told ‘if you want a drink order now’ There was 7 in our party so we walked away and went somewhere else. Never been greeted so well that we won’t be going back View all feedback.
It's at the end of a line bars/food places Comfy seats outside, turns on around 9ish, not sure if there every night. Reasonably priced food and drinks 3 euros for a pint of Dorada.

Tried Coconut Joes as our flight arrived late and we were conscious of the curfew. The bartender was very friendly and offered us menus in English. We ordered a couple of local beers and Tapas (squid and meatballs) which arrived very quickly and were very tasty. Very reasonably priced for the area. The place was lacking atmosphere but this was not there fault due to the restrictions. I would like to come back under normal circumstances.
Waitress was very rude to us and other people.ordered food and took 1-1:30 hours to come, food was disgraceful would never go again DONT recommended at all!!
Myself and my partner went to coconut Joes on our first day in Tenerife. We fancied a bit of Tapas and a pint, we came across Coconut Joes and decided to give it a try. Big Mistake…..Huge! Whilst waiting for a long while for our food my Partner asked the what we believe to be the owner for an ash tray which she threw onto the table. The first food to arrive was the “calamari” which looked and tasted absolutely disgusting. My partner and I unfortunately couldn’t eat it so we decided to speak to the woman who brought the food. Before the sentence was out of our mouths she screeched at us, she started to hurl abuse at us calling us names threatening us with the police (now I wish she had called them! she then grabbed my partner by his T-shirt and screamed at me. My partner detangled himself and informed her we are more than happy to pay for the pint each that we had drunk but not the food. I at this point was on my feet walking towards the exit. She was now screaming at the top of her lungs in my face and tried to physically wrestle me into a chair. When that didn’t work she began to slap my other half on his torso and arms. When we managed to put some distance between ourselves and her she ran down the street shouting slurs about our mothers and fathers. I have never encountered such behaviour and I wish people to save themselves this experience and avoid like the plague!!!!
