I asked if they had... read more Visited this bar for a drink and light lunch. Ordered a corned beef sandwich which came with a few chips. 5.80 euros not particularly cheap. I asked if they had brown bread the waitress said no only white. I therefore said I would have jacket potato with cheese same as my husband. Response was we only have one. I asked was the bread English as some of the Spanish bread is quite sweet. She then answered we only use English bread. She then proceeded to have a conversation with another customer saying how English bread had been used for the last 10 years as though we were stupid. The sandwich arrived and it was 2 pieces of cheap Roberts bread with a filling that looked like someone had opened a tin of corned beef and smeared a chunk on it. No garnish or anything to make it attractive. My husband potato was just passable not the best. The sandwich was like something you would cobble together in a hurry at home. When she came to take my half eaten sandwich away there was no was everything ok like most decent waitresses ask. I then asked why no garnish and she was very abrupt and said I didn’t ask for any. When paying I said I was unhappy with her attitude and she said my attitude was not good. What’s happened to trying to please a paying customer. In 10 years the worst attitude of a waitress and the worst food I have ever had. Customer service at its worst.
