This Routier reopened its doors in July 2018 under the name of the Hermine ( Brittany is very close). For 12,90 € you can enjoy a full meal (entrances, dish, dessert and drink at the choice included). The generous buffet of the Variety Entries is also available. This self-service buffet saves time and a look, the choice is right away. 5 or 6 hot dishes with various vegetables are available (the beef's wine sauce and the dauphinois gratin were perfect). A choice of good non-industrial desserts completes the pleasure of the table. (Tiramisu-spéculos et ile flotante excellents). Chef Gérard Quéguineur knows his job and his wife, assisted by two efficient waitresses make a good and pleasant team. We can only wish a full success to this rebirth of a Road that was appreciated.
