The service is unprofessional. They often mess up your order; I called to place an order over the phone and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been placed. I've had far more negative experiences than positive ones at this location during my two years in Arnold.

Manager said ticket got lost didn’t apologize or offer to make it right by maybe comping a few extra wings. She had a nasty attitude and if I didn’t already have people waiting I would have gotten my money back taken business elsewhere ! She had no customer service at all!
