This restaurant location was pleasant and not too busy inside. The tables were clean, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful.... read more This restaurant location was pleasant and not too busy inside. The tables were clean, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. However, there is a bit of a learning curve with the soda machine. We ordered a crave case, and our food was ready faster than usual.

I got them home and opened the first one to put catsup on it and the meat was so thin it fell apart like dirt. They have raised the price on their burgers over the years and probably cut the sizeof the burgers also but this is ridiculous! They might as well spray some meat flavor on their burgers. This isn’t the firstcompany that’s done this to something that I really liked and it probably won’t be the last but just like the others, I’mdone with White Castle.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I got home, my cheese fries and sauces were missing. The cheese sticks were cold, and there was no sauce for the cold chicken rings. If you want fast and good service, I suggest dining inside because they seem to prioritize inside orders over the drive-thru.
