This location does not care about its guest that are in the restaurant or mobile orders. Only drive thru guests. Placed order on app arrived they did not even start making orders till 15 minutes after I arrived which is 25 minutes after I ordered. So took over 35 minutes to get my food. This is unacceptable. The workers were not even sympathetic of having you wait. They did not even bag the condiments I ordered.
Bad service is so normal now that when I get good service I’m almost shocked. I go out of my way to come to this Taco Bell because they’re so nice and the quality is better. If you’re having a bad day, hit up the Jeffco Taco Bell because they are so sweet it just makes my whole day. Love you Jeffco Taco Bell! Keep up the great work!

Every single time I order it always wrong. I’m tired of calling up to the store every single time to have my food remade for me. They have purposely added extra tomatoes to my food several times after asking for no tomatoes. It’s to the point where it not even worth trying to get food from this Taco Bell. Everything is always wrong.
Ordered through the Taco Bell app, which made service a breeze through the drive-through. The only complaint I have is that they didn't give any napkins or silverware with my meal. Oh, and the tacos were slightly overstuffed, so they broke apart. It's not a big deal if you're eating at home..a big deal if you are eating in your car.
