However... read more We often eat at this restaurant, but we had a disappointing experience last night. We arrived at 7 PM, noticing the sign said they were open until 9 PM. However, when we entered, there was no notice indicating they had closed early. There were two staff members inside, but one had fallen and couldn't reach the door to let us know they had closed early. It felt quite rude.

The girl with purple hair at the sandwich station takes an unusually long time to make orders, and it seems like she’s not very attentive. I’ve been here several times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing. I would love to give it a higher rating because the restaurant is nice, and the other staff members are friendly, but they might want to think about assigning her to a different position. If you’re looking for a better option, Bella Italia is just a quick 30-second walk down the sidewalk, and I would highly recommend it over this Subway.

We arrived at 7 PM, and the sign outside said they were open until 9 PM. However, when we attempted to enter, the door was locked, and there was no indication of an early closure. There were two staff members inside, one of whom was mopping the floor near the entrance, but she didn't bother to open the door or inform us that they were closed. It felt rather rude.

While many Subways have their similarities, this location stands out because the young staff is attentive and rarely makes errors. The restaurant is usually clean, and I always leave feeling satisfied rather than frustrated. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, which is why I come back whenever I’m in the mood for a quick sandwich. Plus, they keep regular hours and don’t close early like some of the other Subways nearby.
