Recently stopped to get two coffees while shopping. The three young ladies working were incompetent to say the least. I placed my order and waited and waited. They spent a good amount of time discussing their antics from the previous night, then proceeded to give orders to not one but two other customers (teens) who came in after. Just got a mocha Frappuccino and it was delicious. Everyone here is always friendly.
Drinks are good but prices are high and waits can get super long
Recently stopped to get two coffees while shopping. The three young ladies working were incompetent to say the least. I placed my order and waited and waited. They spent a good amount of time discussing their antics from the previous night, then proceeded to give orders to not one but two other customers (teens) who came in after. They not only had to ask me what I had ordered but proceeded to get it wrong. Needless to say the lady waiting with me was disgusted as well and walked out.

Ok I litterly asked for 2 venti Carmel ribbon crunch with extra crunch and extra Carmel and they put less than normal like what!!! I js paid extra for that! soooooooo
