I even heard one of the cooks mention that he had turned it off. It's 7 PM on a Friday—why isn't the kitchen prepared for the dinner rush?

I usually get my entire bowl filled up. So now here we are.. I will be sitting at the drive thru and examining my food each time before I leave and if need be I will come inside the store and have a talk

Otherwise, you might find yourself stuck in a long line while they prioritize online orders. The line extended from the service line out the front door, and it moved very slowly. I ended up leaving without trying the food. I gave it three stars based on how it looked, but unfortunately, I didn't get to taste it.

I just stopped by this restaurant. It was close to closing time and they offered to make anything fresh for me that they were out of. I asked for the string bea... read more I just stopped by this restaurant. It was close to closing time and they offered to make anything fresh for me that they were out of. I asked for the string bean chicken and they made me a fresh batch and ended up giving me the rest that was in the wok because they said at the end of the night it is thrown away so instead of wasting it. They gave me a very, very large portion. I cannot say enough good things about the employees here every time. I've been and it's been friendly, smiling faces with it even being close to closing and around the holidays. I will go out of my way to stop by this one store.
