Panda Express - Arnold

It had the fullest portion sizes I've ever seen from panda express, the food tasted even better than normal, and the people working there were super nice.

It took forever at checkout someone had a coupon that they didn?t know how to apply. Even the manager was struggling and tables were dirty. I mentioned to manager who was n his way out. He said he told them to clean after rush. Bathroom no soap and water on floor behind toilet. Food ok.

I always try to leave reviews for exceptional service, the server Morgan was SO exceptional. She was so enthusiastic that the entire experience was awesome. (I just wish they hadn?t run out of soy sauce. :D)

I?m rounding up to get to 4, as I hate to give a 3. I had never been here before and felt a bit out of sorts when it was my turn to order as I didn?t truly know the process or the lingo. Plus my initial selection wasn?t available, so then I had to pick something else on the fly. The cashier may have been having a bad day as she wasn?t interested in greeting or thanking me just confirm my order and process the payment. Food wasn?t bad; it was hot and fresh. Just wish the other bits were more pleasant.

This place has horrible customer service. For the past three times I went there I either didn?t get served, or I would be waiting for 30 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn they never had food made and ready to serve! They need more workers. Overall not the best. I have been to other locations, and their customer service was much better. You should take lessons from the Sunset Hills location; their service is always great, and they ALWAYS keep their food ready for their customers!
