I placed my order online, which was quick and easy. When I went inside to pick it up, my order was ready. However, when I got home, I realized there were no sauce packets for the chicken tenders, even though my order included four. The extra mashed potatoes and gravy I paid for were missing as well. I called the store, but the phone just kept ringing until I got a busy signal. Corporate later emailed me asking for feedback, which I provided, and they said someone would contact me soon. Shortly after, I received an email confirming my order, but I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve tried calling the store several more times, but the phone keeps ringing unanswered. I wouldn’t recommend KFC, and next time I want chicken, I’ll go somewhere else.
The food we had today was unbelievably terrible. The buns on our chicken sandwiches were cold, and there was hardly any chicken inside. It felt like we were mostly eating bread. Additionally, the fries were hard and stale. I will never return to this location again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. Avery, the manager, couldn’t provide any updates on my DoorDash order, and I waited over 30 minutes. When I asked for an estimated time, she raised her voice at me. After I explained I needed to update my customer about the delay, she yelled again and walked away. Later, a new employee apologized for her behavior, but when I asked another staff member for the manager's name, they responded sarcastically, saying, "That's just how she is." I told them this was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will be sure to let my customer know about the poor service.
I ordered a family meal for three, along with a few sandwiches and some bowls. Unfortunately, I had to go back through the drive-thru to get half of my order because it was incorrect. I ended up waiting an hour for just three sandwiches and two bowls. This experience has led me to decide not to return to the Arnold, MO location. Overall, the order-taking was awful, the service was lacking, and I waited far too long for an incorrect drive-thru order.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and it arrived cold, dry, and stale. I also got two orders of fries, which were also cold, dry, and old. This visit was on September 15, 2022, at 3:00 PM. After reading the reviews, I can see they were quite accurate. Honestly, if there were a Popeyes nearby, this place probably wouldn’t even be in business.
