It took 30 minutes to even order because the workers took so long to even take the person in front of us order and ours and the lady was very rude when she took our order we didn’t complain to them or anything and she had a attitude the whole time
Listen... Livin' for the energy y'all's worker Joe gives off. Whad'a cool cat, that one is.... From the moment I pulled into the driveway, screwed up and had to come on; to the time I left... He had that contagious vibe I very much needed.. .. whole crew did, actually.Not a frequent flier but stupid impressed. Y'all rock! Stay gold!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while everybody walk past me finally I had to yell out hello chicken people! Some lady come around the corner and said what do you need? How about I need some food! She said what's your order number I said I don't have an order number because I need to place an order with you she said I don't have time to take your order go through my drive-thru. If this isn't the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life I don't know what is. There was another gentleman in there trying to figure out how to use their automated kiosk system he was getting frustrated I've already been there and refused to use it if I come to a restaurant I want somebody to ask me what I want what am I paying for? If there's no service involved I might as well just go to the grocery store and cook my own damn chicken. What a shame. Not only did I turn around and leave so did the guy that was cussing at the kiosk station.
This location has been poorly ran for years, and the trend continued tonight. After waiting a half hour, I left in frustration with no chicken.
