Breaking The Borders
Description
Break the Borders is a food haven that impresses with its vibrant offerings and generous portions. Diners rave about the exceptional carnitas and guacamole, frequently claiming the dishes are out of this world. With heart-shaped platters for special occasions, it's evident they aim to create a memorable experience. However, some patrons express disappointment with inconsistencies and cleanliness, particularly regarding food preparation standards. While certain dishes, like the birria tacos, shine brightly, others have room for improvement. Overall, Break the Borders delivers a feast worth trying, balanced with moments of culinary brilliance and minor setbacks.

We love this place! The fishing is great, especially for white perch and catfish. Overall, not bad at all!
The mango caliente bowl was delicious! The staff was attentive, and the food was served quickly with fantastic flavor. Great prices too!
We hosted a Valentine's Day party and took things to the next level. We ordered a massive heart-shaped platter of tacos, along with a few other dishes, all beautifully served in heart-shaped serving dishes. They truly exceeded our expectations! We opted for carnitas, steak, and ground beef tacos, and let me tell you, the carnitas were out of this world—they disappeared first! And the guacamole? Absolutely divine! The entire meal was delicious, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, plus they even delivered everything! The whole experience was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. I know I sound like I'm raving, but it really was that good! We will definitely continue to use their services! They even accommodated our special request for gluten-free items, packaging them separately without any mistakes. What a wonderful experience. Kudos to the Break the Borders team!
It is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING when I ate at Break the Borders on a Food Truck Tuesday at Earleigh Heights Fire Dept. The girl that took the order wore a mask, HOWEVER, there were two people cooking the food, one wearing NO MASK, and the other had his mask pulled down the entire time as he played on his phone in between cooking. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
