15 minute wait to ordered chicken tenders only to receive a burger. Onion rings were floppy. The dining area and bathroom were filthy. Trash on all the tables, ketchup and garbage all over the floor, bathrooms were just nasty.
Decided to go here on day two, right at the end of the lunch rush. Only took a few minutes to order at the counter, and waited only a few minutes for a table to open up. They probably could add a table or two, but I really like the outdoor seating. I was given a iced cold mug to put the root beer in. Let me tell you, it makes it taste so much better!. Once seated we only waited maybe 5 minutes for our order. I must admit I have never had a burger from A&W (Iusually just order their corn dog nuggets). My double bacon cheese burger was super fresh from the meat to the toppings. Our entire order was correct, which I was not sure to expect with a new restaurant. The only issue I had was thecorn dog nuggets were luke-warm. My guess is that they were not made fresh and maybe just have them ready for orders to speed things up. My family will be back!

Food was good service was good. A particular manager named billy is very ungrateful for her job and them who make her look good even though she has a horrible attitude. Not someone I would let manage my crew. Two types of workers in this world. Energetic who may make a mistake or two but worked hard and fast possibly outgoing bubble then the other they are there to get a check and go home. As a manager your job is to fulfill both types of employees needs as a good worker.Not degrading always appreciative of each abilities.
Where to begin,time was 7:00pm. let's see we were 3rd in line and it took 10 minutes to get to the counter. Seating area was basically empty when we got there. Our friend got her and her children's food after the person ahead of her as should be, that was 15 minutes after we ordered. Follow me here it gets good. I noticed a lot of people were walking in and they got slammed people were lining up in the lobby and drive thru. So as I'm waiting, I'm watching everybody whowalked in after me start getting there food. Upset I walked up to the counter and waited for the girl at the to give me a glance to get her attention as to not disrupt anything going on. I stood there for 10-15 minutes not even a look, so Ispoke up and I got the ugliest look I've ever seen anyone give me then she turned as if I was not even standing there and proceeded about her business. Thank you to the management for making it correct the food was awesome.
Went through the drive through wait time was a little long but not horrible for the amount of cars. Whoever rang up my order was in such a rush rang it up as 2 separate orders as thought i was done when finished ordering the first meal and never asked me what size just said pull forward so got to the window and explained I want meals as large and was a whole ordeal trying to figure out what to do. Lady at window was polite and did everything she could to correct the situationonly reason im really writing this is because when i got home and checked my food i noticed there was only 4 chicken strips instead of 5. Whoever is managing this place needs to be more involved as a manager or find a new one or this placewill not last long
