The courses came one after the other in quick succession. Maybe a little too fast. We were the last guests and I think they wanted to clean up and close up. A glass of red wine was not possible, because they did not have a bottle open. Apparently it had to do with combating food waste. I think it 's borderline rude to refuse a glass of red wine. Afterwards I saw that they opened again on Thursday. Well. Then you have to finish drinking it yourself. That is not interesting from a business perspective.
