On holiday and wanting a lunch, we were disappointed to find the restaurant we hoped to eat in was closed. This was our good luck as Le Dauphine was a great substitute. The welcome was friendly, the menu offered a wide choice at very reasonable prices and the house wine was very good. A local pointed out this place to us. We were the first clients to arrive. Madame was topping green beans in the restaurant, and didn't seem particularly pleased to see us. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. The waitress was more pleasant than the patronne. It's clean, food was made from fresh produce, there seemed to be a lot of staff in the kitchen. Young and dynamic team. Ordered service. Nice terrace. The menus are worthy of a brewery, rich and tasteful. I recommend this restaurant located in the city centre of Dijon, just steps from Bareuzai Square.
