We called late to make a reservation and were offered the Merenda (meal), only to discover it was a fixed-price menu. It was a wonderful discovery. Lots of tastings of local products, with a spectacular lard topping the menu, served with outrageous hot boiled potatoes. Of course, the restaurant also offers an à la carte menu, which we 'll explore next time by booking a suitable time. Highly recommended.
