We ate here before visiting the castle, which is just opposite and has lots of free parking too. We had a very pleasant and simple lunch, choosing from the dishes the manager listed to us. They do have lots of other good stuff too, and it is a friendly place to eat as well a... View all feedback.
What John R doesn't like about Les Remparts:
We ate under a parasol on one of the hottest days of this millenium. Plat du Jour was a very ordinary caesar salad for 8 Euro. Dessert du jour was a frozen mousse framboise with chantilly creme. Wine and coffe were extra. For more than 30 Euros this is not good value View all feedback.
They have a vegan salad now and a vegetarian dish on the menu (mushroom omelette with fries or salad) They also did not mind changing a meat dish to come without the meat so a lot better service than other places around when it comes to accommodating vegan/vegetarians Also have icecream and sorbet (which are vegan I think, I didn’t get a dessert)
They have a Vegetarian salad, vegan if ordered without cheese.
Bar Brasserie on the square near the castle. The cuisine is simple but good. A duck confit leg with fries.
Right next to the Haras de Pompadour, this brasserie where you eat well and quickly is perfect
Welcoming and available, small restaurant with simplicity. Their service is well organized and fast. Good value for money. Yours sincerely
