Auberge De La Marquise

Each month together with up to 30 friends we visit local restaurants. As a result we think we know most of the places in our neck of the woods but a friend introduced us to the Auberge. Not really hidden but not in the main part of Pompadour just by the station it really is a gem. Despite our numbers we had a choice of three main dishes and the buffet entree and desserts were excellent. Decent house wine and a coffee for about 15€ made it even better. Madam speaks good English and also enjoys a joke in English so it gets our 5 star rating.

Visited this restaurant and had a wonderful meal. The fish and chips were top class and the traditional layout of the place was very enjoyable. We will certainly visit it again when we are in the area.

Accueil un peu froid au début puis, devenant plus chaleureux au court du repas.Dans l'ensemble un petit restaurant honnête ,déco a réfléchir surtout les toilette. Prix très correcte compter 50 euro avec demi bouteille de vin ,entré ,plat dessert. Recherche d'originalité dans les plats ,la viande est tendre .Par contre éviter les escargots en entrée beaucoup trop cuit et caoutchouteux . Dans l'ensemble correcte .

De bons produits très bien préparés et le tour est joué ! Terrasse sympa au bord de la route. Bon accueil

Tout est très bien, l'accueil, les buffets entrées et desserts à volonté, choix entre 2 plats du jour et Légumes, fromages.Très bon rapport qualité prix !Félicitations aux restaurateurs !
