We had been driving along when we saw the rather rustic sign advertising amazing hamburgers. We left the highway and found the inn in the middle of nowhere. Although slightly dubious of a backroad establishment, we were inexplicably drawn to the pub. What a gem we found!! So much character, such a lovely and friendly hostess and the hamburger was AMAZING! No fries necessary Well worth a visit. View all feedback.

I was in Halifax and looking to experience something new.

Having tried many other restaurants in the past, I can confidently say that this restaurant serves the best Thai food in Halifax.

I believe Baan Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Halifax. Period.

We normally drive from Vernon BC to our jobs in Edmonton straight through in a day. This time, we decided to break it up and stay at the Log Inn Pub for the night. We had only heard great things about the burgers so this was the place we picked. The signs on the highway have always caught our attention and we have made a game of seeing them when we drove by. We were not disappointed. The burgers were great, no sides, but still a meal. We were greeted with a smile and in short order were in our room. Ultra clean, very well maintained. We stayed in the house with several bedrooms. A common area with great TV viewing and full kitchen was at our disposal. Of course the kitchen we didn't use. The burgers and cold beer were more than enough. What a great place for a stop over. Bang for the buck, great! We have spent more for less while travelling often. We would recommend this to anyone.

Well, to be precise, it's burgers or nothing. But they're great burgers! Breakfast is coffee or beer. Stop at the next truck stop diner....
