I was well... read more I visit this restaurant during a weekday for lunch break. I have read good reviews about it so I decided to go and see for myself what is all about. I was well received, they put a lot of effort in making the customer confortable without being too intrusive. I like that. The mise en bouche was a small Welsh, excellent unforgetable. The entrée and the main dish were delicious, so I was very happy with my meal. If I had stopped here, I would have given the restaurant five stars. The problem was the dessert, they damage a delicate cake with youghurt sauce by adding raw mushrooms. I followed the instructions of the chef and I ate them together with the cake and the sweet sauce; well it was not pleasent. I understand that when you go to this type of restaurants is to eat something that goes beyond the ordinary, but I would add to this premise that whatever you eat it should make sense. If I take a branch of celery and I cover it in chocolate sauce, of course it will taste sweet but it would not be pleasant. My recommendation is to take a close look at the dessert section of the menu. When I finished my meal and I was heading to the station I coincidentally met someone in the supermarket. We start chatting and this person told me that she will never go back to this place because she had a dessert made with raw beetroot. Would I will go back? Sure, but I would ask only for a starter and main dish; the dessert I will take it elsewhere.

A week later I struggle to remember what was on the menu. Service was OK. The young waitress wasn't smiling very much. She only seemed to cheer up towards the end of the evening when it was time to go home 2 family members chose the wine pairing. Wines were good quality but again the wine waiter seemed to lack knowledge. All he did was read the labels which frankly we could have done ourselves It wasn't great so I wouldn't choose to go back. I think there are better restaurants out there. On the side , the 6 course menu at EUR 84 was good value

After a little bit of research we stumbled across Nature. We had visited the previous restaurant the chef had worked in and knew it was great so thought we could not go wrong. This restaurant turned out to be an absolute revelation! A day later I still cannot decide which was my favourite dish as they were all so good. They did a great kids menu and to be honest, we were a little bit jealous as we did not get the mash potato. It really is a very good restaurant and we loved all the interaction with the chef who serves all the dishes. It is very personable place who get you to engage throughout the experience. All ready thinking when we can go back again.
