If you are looking for excellent food in a magnificent setting then look no further than The Olive Tree Restaurant, located in the Viking Triangle in Waterford City! It is easily the finest Tapas restaurant I've been to in Ireland! The menu offers a wide variety of mouth watering dishes and beverages, all extremely well priced! The service was excellent and our waiter for the night Cian gave us fantastic recommendations. The owner Trevor was an absolute gentleman and when we spoke to him about his restaurant you could feel the passion that he has for it, a passion that most certainly carries into the food and the setting! The Olive Tree is a must if you are passing through Waterford! Truly wonderful, You won't be disappointed.

In Waterford visiting for a couple of days and decided to call into this restaurant for our dinner after seeing it had good gluten free options. So pleased we did, absolutely beautiful meal and a special shoutout to our server, Cian , who went to extra lengths to get a couple of the recipes for me. Makes me want to visit Waterford again just to come here.

Exciting selection of food, wine, cocktails and beers. Friendly, attentive yet unintrusive waiting staff and a lovely, relaxed environment. Worth the wait for my 1st visit and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best meal we have had out in Waterford in ages or anywhere if I'm honest. Completely different way of going out for food but a most enjoyable night out. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. Can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Great place to spend an evening..lovely food..great selection of cocktails and fab customer service..they made a mistake with my reservation so gave me a free dessert plate. .
