I love coming to Hook and Ladder and I would consider myself a regular. Today is busier as I've noticed that they've a new system which is slower and inconvenient... Getting hungrier and impatient now. Waiting an hour... At the least.. it's not the staffs fault. This change does not suit this cafe... PLEASE BRING BACK THE PEN AND PAPER ORDER ASAP!!
