To this day, peo... read more In May 2019, we chose Cake Bake and Balloons to create our wedding cake and cupcakes. They not only looked stunning but also tasted incredible. To this day, people still ask us where we got them. I’m puzzled by the negative reviews about rude service from individuals who haven’t even visited the place. The woman we interacted with was always friendly, very accommodating, and helpful during our visits. Since then, they have become our go-to for all our celebrations, and we will keep coming back. I highly recommend them!

I called today to inquire about their Sunday hours since I've neve... read more Although I've heard wonderful things about this restaurant, I'm uncertain if I'll ever visit. I called today to inquire about their Sunday hours since I've never been there before. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was not very friendly and seemed a bit rude when she informed me they were closed. I asked about their opening hours on Monday, and again, her response was curt; she said they aren’t open on Monday either. Before I could ask for their operating hours, she abruptly told me they are only open Wednesday through Saturday, but she didn’t specify the exact times. When I asked, she disdainfully replied that they open at 10 a.m. I typically spend a lot on cake supplies and was thrilled to hear there was a shop closer to us, especially considering we live in a remote area with limited options. I would have gladly given them my business. However, based on the service I received over the phone, I cannot recommend them. I hope the owner is made aware of this, and perhaps I just caught them on a bad day.

They have a great variety of flavors of frostings to compliment the endless possibilities of cake decorations. They also have an impressive selection of balloons to accompany the cakes to make any party a successful one!!! I give the 5 stars!!!
