Cooper's Hawk Winery Restaurants - Feedback

What Ankur J doesn't like about Cooper's Hawk Winery Restaurants:
I visited the Arlington Heights location for dinner last weekend and our order was messed up. I went specifically to have the Roasted vegetable flatbread and the order was taken down correctly. But! when we received the plate it was a capers flatbread. Clearly the kitchen or the waiter miscommunicated the order. I ordered takeout a couple of weeks ago on my way home from work. Decided to have a glass of wine at the bar while I waited for my carry out. Bartenders and hosts are very attentive, and Sue and the manager, Chris, really made my night. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They even took their time to help me sign up for their rewards program which is a great perk. Very hospitable environment! View all feedback.
